SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our fantastic team of IT specialists. As our Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Services business delivers an exceptional customer experience that will result in increased business engagement and customer satisfaction.

Then you will want to become our new Service Delivery Manager and join the team at our office in Copenhagen. 

Duties and responsibilities 

  • Receiving and evaluating customer requests 
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders  
  • Defining standards and procedures for Services team in terms of delivering the right quality and on schedule 
  • Advising and coaching team members  
  • Managing the service delivery schedules and contracts. 
  • Understanding customer needs and providing the best service possible 
  • Managing schedules for IT consultants, making sure they deliver on time. 

Job requirements and qualifications

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of job experience in a similar role 
  • Experience with ITIL methodology of Service Delivery  
  • Experience in working with ITSM tools 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Danish and English 
  • Excellent customer relationship skills  
  • Strong leadership skills  
  • Ability to work well in a team environment  
  • Strong organizational skills  
  • Strong time management & planning skills 
  • Should have a fair understanding of Life sciences domain
